Megablock Tower is made by Taim Technologies ("we"). By playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
The game
Megablock Tower is free to play and is still being built. Rules, rooms, balance and features can change at any time, and the game may be unavailable now and then. We may change or end the game, or these terms; if the terms change, the date above changes too and carrying on playing means you accept them.
Your account and saves
You can play without an account. If you sign in with Google or use a sync code, keep your code private: anyone with it can load and change your tower. You're responsible for what happens under your account or code.
We work hard to keep saves safe, and keep earlier copies so mistakes can be undone, but we can't promise a save will never be lost or damaged. Saves have no money value and can't be sold or transferred.
Fair play
Don't attack, overload or try to break into the game or its servers, use them to harm others, or read or change other players' saves. We may remove accounts or saves that do.
Ownership
The game, its art, code and writing belong to Taim Technologies. You may share screenshots and videos of your tower.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage from playing it or from it being unavailable, including lost saves.
